Mosey to the wall for Wall work

Peoples Chair w Air Press & Landing the Plane – 15 IC

Praying Mantis – 15 IC

Walk down the wall with your hands to Mericans – up to 5 total reps (that is a burner)

Wall Tar Jai (basically a Maktarjai on the wall, (and another burner)

Peoples Chair w Touch them heels – 15 IC

Mosey the long way to the rock pile

Grab a good size rock as we were not traveling today

Slow construction of a Burner 

The count for each exercise of the burner was 10, over a 30 second period to equal 1 rep. We did 5 reps of each – Curl, Press, Skull Crusher, followed by 1 full burner over the slow count. This is an unbelievably difficult sequence and will sap you quickly. 

Mosey back to the parking lot and stop at the bleachers for dips, and dippy pigeons – 10 IC

Great work today guys. It was tough and you stuck with it to the end. We had some great mumble chatter, some of which was the inspiration to the title of the BB. I also saw a shooting star while doing peoples chair.
