2 returned to the gloom after a long series of weekends with too much travel and training. Spring is trying to wake up. Birds a plenty. Vibrant sunrise….and pain. Here’s how it went down:

* we had a good laugh at the well-meaning folks who marked the trail…as if you could become lost…and they marked both directions just to make sure…
* we totally should run those trails more often between sets…steep hill and extended ramp are legit
* Super great catching up with Shirley…it’s been awhile since we’ve been able to align weekends
* Shirley vetoed the lake swim before the workout (thankfully)
