Rematch of 2022 QvQ Championship!  Amen deferred to Omega to select the AO.  Omega selected his homefield advantage of Paininsula!  Amen also decided to go 2nd so Omega started things off!

Omega:

Warm Up:  SSH 15x, IST w Squat 10x, triple pogo w squat 10, merkin time bomb 3-2-1

The Thang: Partner up, Partner 1 run the loop, while partner 2 did one leg peoples chair (switch legs at partner when partner was half way) flip flop, next round partner 1 run loop, while partner 2 did decline diamond merkins.

Mosey to the flag for the Pledge. Mosey to rock pile, partner up again, one rock per partners.  Partner 1 backward run up hill (2 mailboxes) while partner 2 did squat, curl press w rock (flip flop), next round Partner 1 backward bear crawl up hill (1 mailbox), while Partner 2 did rock chest press w low flutter.

Return rock and mosey to the neighborhood clubhouse parking lot.  Plank walk to middle 10 merkins plank walk back 10 mekrins.  Side shuffle to middle 10 jump squats, side shuffle back 10 jump squats.  Crucifix merkins 15x, alt jump lunges 20.

Amen

Some yoga/stretch, downward dog, pidgeon, calf stretch, etc.  Merkins 10x, carolina dry dock 10x.  Mosey to light, monkey humpers, mosey to corner, squats.  Mosey to corner, diamons merkins 5, reg merkins 5, wide merkins 5.

Mosey to homebase.

Moleskins:

Many of the Paininsula regulars were on vacation so Omega was worried so he brought the PAX as far away from the AO homebase as possible before he handed it to Amen in hopes that he would have him lost and off his game but Amen was not phased and he brought the heat with a great workout and it was a tough battle until the end! 

The Master Q, Outlaw was the official and called for Amen and Omega to take a walk around the corner for the official voting process.

After the voting results, Omega squeaked by in Round 1 to beat Amen.
