Just prior to starting a box truck rolls in,  Not the typical box truck, but rather an large pickup with 15 cubic yards of corrugated cardboard.  Lambeau apparently had sent away for 120 pieces of flat pack furniture and needed to make a run to the solid waste facility.

We did a host of warm-ups and made our way to  the bridge for a 5 man tunnel of love which took each of us about 10 turns doing bear crawls.  I inquired about doing some hills on the #9 tee box and Roadie said it was removed.  I will verify at a later date.  But I believe him.  Really, I do.

We then did a circuit of exercises (2-3) with a slow mosey around the parking lot, just getting 1.02 miles!! 

This was a quiet little 5 man workout which ended with much discussion about Netflix series which apparently Tammy Faye is an expert in all things Netflix.  He’s your go to guy.
