Ping picked up a Viking Q last week so YHC needed to return the favor. Arrived at Lake Forrest to Ponch, Amen, and FNG-1=Aaron doing a standard. At 5:30 we moseyed to the back for warmorama.
SSH, hillbillies, toy soldiers, IST, slow windmill, long snappers.
Partner up and grab a block for Dora. Out Cold rolls in to make a perfect 10 of us.
Partner 1 runs a lap while partner 2 does the following:
100 Curls
200 calf raise shoulder shrugs
300 goblet squats
Mosey to the wall for peoples chair, air press, touch them heels, praying mantis, calf raise.
Mosey back for more Dora.
50 block swings
100 block merkins
Blocks back and head home for Mary.
During our time at the wall, The Force came up with a great idea that YHC was happy to roll with for Mary. With Out Cold fully becoming an US Citizen he would test the Pax American History knowledge while we passed Mary around. 10 burpee penalty for those who missed their questions. Questions asked included:
What are the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution? – Bill of Rights
What 3 main countries made up the Axis Powers in WW2? – Germany, Japan, Italy
What country did we make the Louisiana Purchase from? – France
If the President and Vice President cannot perform their duties, who is next in line for President? – Speaker of the House
Who was the first Postmaster General? – Ben Franklin
Surprisingly the Pax did way better than expected with these questions. Recover recover.

Great Q this morning – this was my first posting at a Chilly Willy Q I believe!
I should have shared this with the pax this AM – I didn’t sleep all that well and I hit snooze when the alarm sounded. Laid there wrestling with the idea of the fartsack. But alas, I pulled myself out of bed and rolled into the gloom at The Sword at exactly 0530 (traffic almost made me tardy). We weren’t 5 minutes into the workout before I was glad I made the decision I did. My 1st Chilly Willy Q, my first post alongside Ichapod (AND we ended up partnering up – double bonus!), we had an FNG who would end up getting named during COT and so much more! My take-away here: Get up! Get to the gloom! You will NEVER regret posting at F3 (unless you’re on the IR and should not be posting – don’t be stubborn).
PS. Learned Ichabod is barely more than half my age. Wow. Dude is a beast, too.
