Pavarotti survived the sidewalk. He noted that he was really just trying to weave in some bear crawls. Plus, it’s merely a flesh wound…YHC’s knees held up. Jersey Boy isn’t a runner, but ran today like a champ (he was pretty hyped up). Airstream and Omega led from the front. Mulligan thought about doing Quadraphilia for one leg of the bang. Dude is crushing workouts with some strong weight loss lately. The Force, Tuffy, and YHC continue to hold each other accountable with our 75 Hard challenge. Jaws has a strong AO with consistent HIM. It was good to start the day with my F3 brothers.
