The Thang:
We did a round of stop, drop, and roll around the square. Each Pax lead on a quasi slow mosey run with pain stations around the square. All pax followed until the leader stopped to do their choice of a plank, ‘Merican, or lbc series. When the leading Pax called recover, the next Pax took over. Repeato until all Pax had a turn. Some modified for a round of WWII’s or dips.
Mosey back to the parking deck dungeon to grab blocks.
Zamperini the blocks up one level for:
-Overhead press x20 (40)
-Curl x20 (40) x 2 (80)
-Bent-over row x20 (40)
-Skull crusher x20 (40)
-Deadlift x20 (20)
-Squats x20 (20IC)
Partner up:
Partner 1 does a farmer’s carry with two blocks down one level of the pearling deck and back up while Partner 2 does LBC’s and switch so both get a turn at each.
Zamperini blocks back to the dungeon.
Grab a wall:
-Praying Mantis x20 (40IC)
Mosey back up the deck to base
Circle up and on your 6:
-Pillow talk x15 each side (60 IC)-led by Carpet Bagger

Moleskin:
The Pax enjoyed our time together and mumble-chatter was good. Something, Swanson, Carpet Bagger, Yogi, Camelback, Jaws, and Freedom all got it done. Yogi is always an inspiration for us all. It’s great to post with the Night Ranger hard chargers.
