George Bell better known as Scrappy but also now know as Baby Bell was sworn as a Mecklenburg County Superior Court Judge. We were there to witness it not really because we respect Scrappy we just wanted to secure our Get Out of Jail free cards should we ever have the misfortune to appear in front of him.
An interesting sidenote: Scrappy was Sworn in by The Hangover who retired from the bench at the end of last year and Scrappy is filling his seat.
